Tailored Design, Thoughtful Details

As with every project, the process began when the client reached out to us through our contact form. After an initial conversation to understand their needs, we arranged a home visit in Coltness to take accurate measurements, assess the space, and talk through options for cabinetry, worktops, flooring, appliances, and finishes.

This kitchen was part of a wider interior refresh, and the goal was to bring more light and contrast into the space while retaining practical features the client valued - such as the reuse of their existing wine cooler.

The chosen style was a modern shaker from our Oxford range, finished in rich indigo. This 5-piece, 18mm MDF door with a 60mm frame width strikes a balance between classic character and modern simplicity, making it an ideal choice for homeowners looking for on-trend yet timeless appeal.

Collaborative Planning with CAD Precision

After the site visit, our kitchen planner created a full CAD visualisation of the new layout, allowing the client to preview exactly how their kitchen would look. This step is crucial to our bespoke approach, as it provides an opportunity to refine details, change elements, and ensure the final design truly meets the customer’s vision.

Through a mix of in-person and video meetings, we worked closely with the client to finalise the design - tweaking cabinet placements, appliance integrations, and lighting suggestions.

Complete Installation from Start to Finish

Once approved, we scheduled delivery and coordinated a professional fitting team to carry out the full kitchen installation. As always, our service covered everything:

• Removal of the existing kitchen
• Installation of new units, wood-effect worktops, and flooring
• Integration of new and existing appliances, including the client's preferred wine cooler
• Addition of chrome handles and coordinated fixtures

The old, dark tiling was replaced with a much lighter, neutral-toned floor, immediately brightening the space and complementing the richness of the indigo kitchen cabinets.
