Here’s exactly what to expect when you book a free consultation with Leith Kitchens:

Step 1: It Starts With a Quick Conversation

Most people first find us through our website or an ad. Once you reach out, we’ll follow up for a relaxed, informal chat, either by phone, video or in person.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll guide the conversation and ask a few helpful questions:

• What’s not working in your current kitchen?
• How do you use the space day-to-day?
• What styles or features are you drawn to?

From there, we can begin shaping a design brief that reflects how you actually live, rather than what looks good in a brochure.

Step 2: We Come to You and Measure Up

Next, one of our Glasgow-based designers will visit your home to take accurate measurements and get a feel for the space in person.

We look at:

• Wall dimensions and ceiling heights
• Where the light comes in
• Structural quirks or obstacles
• Existing plumbing or electrics

This step ensures the kitchen we design is made to fit, function and flow in your home, as well as to look right in it.

Step 3: You Get a 3D Design - Built Around You

With your measurements and brief, we build a full CAD design: a photorealistic preview of your future kitchen. You’ll see the layout, materials, colours, appliances and finishes all brought together in one clear visual.

It’s not a generic template. It’s your kitchen, custom-designed to your space, lifestyle and budget.

Step 4: We Refine It Together

Once you’ve seen the first draft, we’ll go through it together, either in person or at your home, depending on what suits you best.

Want to change the handles? Try a different worktop finish? Explore another layout option? No problem.

We’ll revise the design until it feels right. No pressure, no clock-watching. Just thoughtful collaboration to make sure every detail earns its place.

Step 5: We Introduce You to Trusted Fitters

Once the design’s finalised, we order your kitchen and arrange its delivery.

For the fitting, we’ll introduce you to experienced independent fitters we know and trust. They quote for the fitting, agree dates with you, and you pay them directly, so you can see exactly what the fitting costs.

Step 6: We Follow Up - and Finish Properly

After fitting, we don’t disappear.

We check the finished kitchen against the design, and if anything we supplied isn’t right, we get it sorted quickly.
